GymShorts Terms of Service

1. About GymShorts

GymShorts is a workout tracking app developed by Tr33Tech. It helps users log strength and cardio sessions, save exercise reference links, create workout templates, track body progress, store progress photos, and optionally back up and restore app data using Google Drive.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using GymShorts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the app.

3. Fitness and health disclaimer

GymShorts is a tracking and organisation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personalised professional fitness guidance.

You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, workout, routine, or activity is safe and suitable for you. You should consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions.

4. Your responsibility when using the app

You agree to use GymShorts responsibly and safely. You are responsible for:

The exercises, workouts, templates, and progress data you add to the app.
Checking that your logged workout data is accurate.
Using safe technique and appropriate weights or equipment.
Making sure any reference links or media you save are lawful and appropriate for your own use.
Managing your own device, Google Account, and backup settings.

5. Google Drive backup and restore

GymShorts may offer optional Google Drive backup and restore features. If you choose to connect your Google Account, GymShorts may create, read, list, restore, and delete GymShorts backup files as needed to provide backup and restore functionality.

GymShorts backups are intended to be stored privately in your own Google Drive account. GymShorts does not make your backups public and does not use Google Drive access to manage unrelated Drive files.

Google Drive backup is provided as a convenience. Tr33Tech cannot guarantee that backups will always be available, complete, successful, or restorable in every circumstance. You are responsible for checking that important backups have completed successfully.

6. Progress photos and personal data

If you add progress photos or body measurements to GymShorts, you are responsible for that content. Progress photos are stored in app-managed storage on your device unless included in a backup option that you choose to use.

7. Paid app purchases and refunds

If GymShorts is purchased through Google Play, payment, billing, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Google Play according to Google Play policies and the terms that apply to your Google Account.

8. App availability and changes

Tr33Tech may update, change, remove, or discontinue parts of GymShorts over time. Features may change as the app is improved, tested, or maintained.

GymShorts is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, Android version, or third-party service.

9. Third-party services

GymShorts may use third-party services, including Google Drive and Google Play. Your use of those services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tr33Tech is not liable for injury, loss, damage, data loss, missed backups, interrupted access, or other issues arising from your use of GymShorts, your workouts, your equipment, your device, or third-party services.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be published at this Terms of Service URL. Continued use of GymShorts after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
